Riverport Flats is a set of two rental buildings in Richmond BC developed by Brenhill Developments. With a younger target market than for a traditional development, visual interest and a colourful palette were large considerations for the website. As a rental development, with tenants coming and going regularly, the website had to be permanent and user-friendly.

This website was developed in 2013 when ‘responsive’, ‘parallax’ and ‘retina’ were very new buzz words, yet it has managed to stand the test of time. The buildings themselves were designed with colourful panels adorning the exteriors and this custom website was designed to mimic the aesthetic of the architecture. Complete with a floor plans widget and a tenant application form, this website serves all the needs of its users.
